the hell fire festival is traditional festival for all ages, but mostly teenagers. it is about welcoming the summer and having fun, and takes place at the supposedly haunter hell fire club. at the festival, everyone comes with either a torch, or a fire torch to light up the dark night area. there are dancers and music, and one huge campfire which everyone gathers around to talk, and get warm from the irish weather. there are also some food stalls and stalls selling small trinkets to remember the fire festival by. it lasts until the very early hours of the morning, or at least until the last person leaves, and has been a tradition in the area for almost a hundred years, changing each year with the different generations that attend. it can be both a family thing, a place to bring your boyfriend or girlfriend, or a place to be with friends and meet new people. so come, join and have fun.
