PEACE, Life after Voldemort's downfall was exquisite in it's tranguility. All of the key death eaters were rounded up, and the one's who weren't captured, simply disappeared. It was as if life before Voldemort had come back, and he had never existed. Thing is, the memory of him would always be instilled on everyone's thoughts, memories, and on their life. They pretended that life was the same, that nothing had changed, but that would never be true. The wizarding world was not only lying to one another, but to themselves. Though, nothing bad happened everyone remained on edge, looking around corners and constantly keeping protective enchantments around their family and homes. This was how life went on for several years, and then things began to happen again.
DAWN, A young french wizard by the name of Zachary James LaCroix was nestled in Paris. He was a brain, that was for sure and he was particularly a fan of reading. Especially reading about history. Zachary couldn't help himself, but to be fascinated with the Dark Lord, amazed by his sheer intelligence and prodigious skill. He knew it couldn't be a hard feat then to conquer the wizarding world as Tom Riddle did. Zackary believed that Voldemort would have wanted someone to follow in his footsteps, to finish his noble cause. Zachary was going into his fifth year of training of Beauxbatons school of magic and he was beginning to formulate a plan, not unlike the one of Lord Voldemort's.
REVELATION, Zackary soon learned that he would need a way to gain power, and the best way was to find out more of the powerful. For a year, Zachary did nothing else but read up on the Dark Lord and everything associated with him. It wasn't long at all before he found out about Tom Riddle's horcruxes and it was there that Zackary realized what he must do. Horcruxes had been the key all along for Voldemort, but what really made seven the highest magical number? Someone simply decided that right? What if someone tried to make eight? Or perhaps a dozen? Slowly, young Zachary began to lose any conceince he had once had and the void was filled with greed and lust for power. Zackary was slowly becoming the next Dark Lord.
REMEMBRANCE, Doing as his predecessor had done before him, Zachary fashioned himself a new name, though not one he was ready to use. He was, after all, still in school and without the followers that Voldemort once had. He called himself Nagini, after Voldemort's faithful snake simply to prove how faithful he was to the fallen Lord. When he started school again he found himself a close circle of friends at Beauxbatons, and yes, they were friends to Zachary. When he felt certain he could trust them, he told them of his plans and of the horcuxes he had already created. He had taken the lives of nine children at an orphanage, using his own skill to remain nameless in the crime. So far, he had exceeded was Voldemort had done, but not quite as well. Zachary had yet to hide his horcuxes, not knowing where he should put them so he simply hid some at school, and held onto one of them. His friends, however, did not know about where the horcruxes were yet, simply that they existed.
TRUST, This was the first major difference between him and Voldemort. Trust. Zachary trusted his followers with his darkest secret, and it proved to make him even more victorious. His followers adored him for who he was, and it was almost love that each of them felt for him. Together they would become a tremendous force, ready to purge the world of all they deemed unworthy to study magic. They were ready to fulfill the dark lord's dream. Zachary has gained a total of fifty followers in the school, some older, some younger, but all with the same cause. Zachary himself is entering his seventh year at Beauxbatons, and he and his followers are beginning their reign over the school. How will you do when the grace and love of Beauxbatons has been taken from the school?
