As Aileen grew up within the past few decades, she‘s always been a rather fashionable person. Whilst she didn't always start trends in her school she was always aware of when something was in fashion and something else was yesterday’s style. She always looked her best, especially when it came to going out in public, as you never knew who you might bump into. Her mother didn’t always appreciate the way she dressed, but Aileen brushed it off as her just being from a different time.
As she grew older she learned to make her own clothing. At first it was just adding items to her jeans and such. However later on she learned how to make clothing from scratch. That didn’t stop her from going to the malls to get nice clothing from there though and honestly she’d much rather buy clothes than making them because it takes too long at times to do so. You could say that she‘s a bit of a compulsive shopper because even if she hadn’t intended to buy anything she usually comes out of the store with something.
Her next thing besides clothing is shoes, especially high heels because she’s rather short. Though some guys tend to like shorter girls, she’d much rather be of normal height so she usually goes for four inch heels. She’s also very into make up and loves MAC products. As you can probably tell she’s very accustomed to looking her best and as a human went to the lengths to make sure her complexion was clear so as a vampire she looks rather gorgeous. Sometimes now, she doesn’t even bother to put on make up because even without it she looks a lot better than she did as a human without make up on.
As for her hair the last time she had gotten it cut before she was changed it was rather short, though its about at shoulders length right now. She’s a bit pissed off that she won’t be able to grow it out again but there’s really nothing she can do about it except get a wig. Which for now she hasn’t bothered to do.
- - - loves, Men, being a vampire because it makes her feel strong, blood for obvious reasons, feeling powerful, make up, doing her hair and clothing.
- - - loathes, Her mother, the Cullen’s, the wolves, the Volturi to a point, Renesmee Cullen, being told what to do, not being able to hunt, and vegetarian vampires.
- - - overall personality, Though it may be deemed as a stereotype, the term ‘fiery Irish’ applies to Aileen to the fullest. To put it bluntly, she can be summed up in two words; flirtatious bitch. Not one to shy away from the attention of men, growing up as an only child throughout her human life, increased Aileen’s need to be the center of attention. In her mind, the world revolved around her, and being an only child meant that her parents could fulfill all of her childish needs and wants. Her mother tended to nitpick at her daughter, a habit that started at a young age for Aileen. Never being perfect enough for her mother caused the girl to try even harder at trying to outshine everyone else. Nonetheless, despite her best attempts, Aileen managed to never fully live up to her mother’s expectations.
No matter how many times she changed her clothes; no matter how many times she redid her hair, and make up, it was simply never good enough. Also due to the manner in which she was brought up, Aileen can easily get jealous. She likes being the best; likes being the sole person that everyone in the room watches. She thrives off of attention, and the moment that said attention slips and is bestowed upon someone else, Aileen quickly tries to turn things around, and resume her seemingly rightful place in the spotlight. People often rightfully assume that Aileen is a selfish being as well; something that is absolutely true. After being given everything she ever wanted, Aileen began to think that she simply deserved the best; that she deserved whatever she wanted, and whenever she wanted it.
Being the type of person who enjoys living in the moment, Aileen has the habit of not often bothering to plan and plot every detail of her lives (both the mortal and immortal kind) before her. She takes things as they come; accepts whatever cards she’s dealt. This is perhaps one of the few areas in Aileen’s personality where she could be considered even remotely laid back. Since her transformation from human to vampire, Aileen hasn’t had the centuries of time and practice in order to have her thirst and instincts to be controlled. She’s quick to act on her emotions; something that is bad enough for when a human does it, let alone a newborn, blood thirsty vampire. Her quick temper only adds to the danger that Aileen possesses.
- - - hometown, Bray, Ireland
- - - family,
Brandon Ackerman-Father
Dana Ackerman-Mother
- - - pets, Had a cat, but as she no longer lives in her apartment…None.
- - - overall history,
Born on July 15th 1992 in Bray, Ireland. Aileen grew up as the only child in the family. Her father, Brandon Ackerman owned a well known store in the area and worked a lot to keep the business going well. Which meant she spent a lot of time at home with her mother alone. Sometimes Aileen hated this, especially since her mother would nit-pick at basically everything she did. Even as a young child, her mother would always try to change how she acted. Aileen did her best to please her mother by doing her work in school. She went to a Catholic school and hated wearing the uniforms given because she always liked to be original. Still, if she didn’t wear it she could get into a huge amount of trouble with not only the staff but her parents. She knew her mother would be the least pleased.
As Aileen grew older she began to stray away from older friends and started to hang out with a newer group, they influenced her in bad ways such as trying drugs and other substances. It took a while for her mother to really notice a difference in Aileen, but when she did find out what Aileen had gotten into she tried to put a stop to it. Of course Aileen was not fond of her mother trying, for once, to be a good mother and moved out of the house when she was 16. Moving in with one of her friends she felt she was much better off with her rather than her mother and father, who was barely home as it was. You could say that Aileen had a rather rough life as a teenager, but Aileen didn’t see it as being that bad. In fact she felt a lot more relieved being away from her mother who never seemed happy with her no matter what decisions she made.
Aileen never graduated from secondary school, but that didn’t bother her too much as she hadn’t done well in school to begin with. Sure if she put more effort into her work she was sure that she would’ve done much better and she knew she was intelligent but she just didn’t put much effort into her work. For a while Aileen was content with her lifestyle, living with her friend, coming home with guys almost every night. However Aileen knew she would need money, and her friend seemed to be getting sick of her mooching off of her and not working so Aileen found a job at a local clothing store. One night when she was closing up, Aileen looked up after hearing someone entering the store. She noticed how handsome the guy was but couldn’t help but feel he was out of place. She had just turned away for a moment but when she turned back he was gone. Stumped and slightly nervous, Aileen looked around but saw him nowhere in sight. Thinking she just needed sleep, Aileen finished closing up. After locking up the front door she pulled down the gate and locked it as well. Feeling as if she was being watched she turned around, surprised to see the same man as before. Gasping loudly she was cornered between him and the door. She told him that she’d give him anything he wanted if he left her alone. He told her that he didn’t want her money or silly things such as that, but that he wanted her. Thinking he wanted to rape her she tried to make a run for it but he was too fast for her and he caught up to her easily. Trying to shove him off of her she pressed his hand against her mouth to muffle her screams before she felt a sharp pain in her neck. Struggling against him it seemed to not help at all. It took her a moment to realize he had bitten her neck and when he pulled back to look at her she felt her eyes go wide before the pain began to spread. For three days the pain increased. She had been taken back to where he seemed to live with others like him. He explained what was happening to her, but Aileen didn’t want to hear it she just kept begging him and the others to kill her, the pain being unbearable. However, once the transformation was complete and the pain was gone, Aileen found out just for herself how strong she could be. She couldn’t deny the thirst she felt and took off, the others not stopping her thought the man, Patrick who had changed her, keeping a good eye on her as she went after a man in the club. Dragging him off to the bathroom she attacked him there, the sounds of his screams luckily being drowned out thanks to the music.
Recently, a new family, or at least to her as moved to Dublin. Patrick explained to her what was going on, as well as their plans to sabotage them with the Volturi. The most powerful group of vampires in the world. While the Cullen’s aren’t aware of this, the Irish Wolves seem to know, but that won’t stop Aileen or the others. Aileen can’t help but be bothered by Bella and Edward’s child, Renesmee. As her ‘brother’ seems rather fond of him and that makes Aileen jealous. One things for sure, Aileen will make sure Renesmee gets what she deserves.
