So basically, there are no reservations here,
they seem to just cause trouble and hassle
when they are around, so here at Rising Dusk,
we follow a policy of first come, first serve.
But that doesnt mean if your pb is taken that
you can't join. Seriously, branching out and
finding new celebrities is part of the fun.
With the exception of already pb'ed canons,
everyone is basically open.
